The life and work of JYOTI is guided by the Vision and Mission of JYOTI and by its motto-“To Lead is to Serve with Love”. The youths of Jamshedpur commit themselves to carry forward the light of knowledge and service inscribed in the Logo of the Organization.

To provide manifold opportunities that kindle the torch of light in the minds and hearts of today’s youth to be leaders of tomorrow, who work for the promotion of LOVE, JUSTICE, PEACE and HUMAN RIGHTS among all, irrespective of gender, class, creed, caste and language; to build a better society that is free of fear, ignorance, suffering and sorrow.
